For any international travel sponsored or supported by LMU, faculty and staff are required to register the trip in the university’s risk management software system here.

After clicking on the “Apply Now” button to create an application, select "I have an LMU username and password" and use your LMU login credentials to access the system. If you are accessing the system for the first time, you will be asked to submit some brief information to create a user profile. You will then be taken to the trip registration page where you will create an itinerary by adding the destination and the dates of your travel. For multiple-city visits, you will need to add each city as a separate itinerary item with its corresponding dates.

As an LMU community member, you are automatically covered under LMU’s emergency travel services for the duration of your LMU-sponsored travel.
