Program Description:
For any international travel sponsored or supported by LMU, faculty and staff are required to register the trip in the university’s risk management software system here.

After clicking on the “Apply Now” button to create an application, select "I have an LMU username and password" and use your LMU login credentials to access the system. If you are accessing the system for the first time, you will be asked to submit some brief information to create a user profile. You will then be taken to the trip registration page where you will create an itinerary by adding the destination and the dates of your travel. For multiple-city visits, you will need to add each city as a separate itinerary item with its corresponding dates.

As an LMU community member, you are automatically covered under LMU’s emergency travel services for the duration of your LMU-sponsored travel. International SOS (iSOS) offers medical assistance and travel security advice as well as emotional support and referral services 24/7 no matter where you are in the world. To access real-time health and logistics professionals, call 1-215-942-8226 in the U.S.

For additional numbers and information, visit International SOS's website or the Study Abroad Website here. LMU’s membership number is 11BCAS392729. iSOS is linked to ACE Insurance, which covers you in cases of accidents and emergencies, but is not a substitute for your normal medical insurance policy. Please be aware that in some countries the attending physician may be required to inform the police if you report the incident to them.
